Our love affair with slow travel started years ago, on a trip that wasn’t about ticking off landmarks or rushing between airports, but simply wandering through small towns, tasting food fresh from local markets, and watching the world go by over a glass of wine in a sunlit square. That one trip changed the way we wanted to travel forever and helped us decide to advise other people where to go in Europe.
